1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Humaniser LTD ("Humaniser," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("you," or "user"), governing your use of Humaniser.com and all associated tools, APIs, and digital services (the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
"Account" means a registered user profile created on Humaniser.com.
"Content" refers to text, data, or other material submitted, uploaded, or generated through the Services.
"Output" means any AI-generated result produced through Humaniser's tools.
"Subscription" means a paid plan granting access to premium or extended Services.
"Cookies" are small text files used to enhance functionality and analytics on the site.
References to "you" include any person or entity using the Services on their own behalf or on behalf of an organisation.
3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Humaniser provides an online AI-based text rewriter and "humaniser" tool that transforms AI-generated or machine-like content into human-like text.
We may improve, update, or modify features at any time to enhance performance or comply with new regulations.
You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be flawless, contextually accurate, or compliant with every use case.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
To use certain features, you must create an Account with accurate and current information.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your Account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account if any information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or misleading.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
a. Violate any applicable law or regulation;
b. Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others;
c. Upload or transmit malicious software, spam, or offensive material;
d. Use the Services to train or develop competing AI or machine-learning models;
e. Attempt to bypass technical restrictions or usage limits; or
f. Use the Services in any manner that damages, disables, or overburdens our systems.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All software, designs, models, algorithms, trademarks, and content within the Services are owned or licensed by Humaniser LTD.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for personal or internal business use.
No part of the Services may be copied, distributed, or modified without prior written permission from Humaniser LTD.
7. OWNERSHIP OF AI OUTPUTS
You retain ownership of your Outputs, provided that you comply with these Terms.
You grant Humaniser a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process, store, and anonymise your inputs and outputs for system improvement and analytics.
Humaniser does not sell or share your identifiable text content for third-party model training.
8. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
Humaniser processes personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws.

9. COOKIES
9.1 Purpose of Cookies
Cookies are small data files used to improve user experience, enhance performance, and collect statistical information about site usage.

10. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING
Certain features require an active Subscription. Subscription plans and prices are available on our website.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least twenty-four (24) hours before renewal.
If a renewal payment fails, a five (5)-day grace period is provided to update payment information before account suspension.
11. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
All fees are non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only where an AI-generated output is proven to be less than 75% "human" under a recognised detection tool and reported within thirty (30) days.
Chargebacks or payment disputes result in immediate account suspension.
12. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS AND AVAILABILITY
Humaniser may alter, discontinue, or suspend parts of the Services for maintenance or improvement.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
13. DISCLAIMERS
The Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Humaniser does not guarantee any specific academic or detection outcome from its Outputs.
You assume all responsibility for your use of the Services.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Humaniser LTD and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid within the preceding twelve (12) months.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Humaniser LTD and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
16. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
Humaniser may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or applicable laws.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before the termination date.
17. FORCE MAJEURE
Humaniser shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or legal restrictions.
18. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts within the EU.
Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation prior to litigation.
19. AMENDMENTS AND NOTICES
Humaniser may amend these Terms from time to time. The revised date at the top reflects the latest version.
Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
